For aged-care and residential homes
Their interests. Their routines. The support they say they need. Learn from what residents choose to share, so your team can make every check-in more personal.
See shared interests, routines and concerns that can make a conversation, activity or check-in more meaningful.
Bring relevant resident insights together, with dates and clear access permissions. Support—not replace—your team’s judgement.
Agree a practical initial cohort, prepare staff and residents, and review adoption before planning a wider rollout.
Built around your facility
Pricing is tailored to resident numbers, usage and Family Connect requirements. We’ll explain the scope, inclusions and costs during your demo—before you commit.
No account or payment required to book.
Familiar for residents. Useful for your team.
The experience starts with the resident—not a new task for your team to manage.
A familiar place to talk about their day, enjoy a story or follow an interest. Clear controls and a senior-first experience, with supported setup.
Relevant interests, routines and concerns can support a more personal check-in. Information is dated and permissioned—not a live clinical assessment or a replacement for staff judgement.
From first conversation to a supported start
First, we understand your home. Then we shape the right proposal together. You only move into setup once the scope, costs and next steps are agreed.
Choose a time for a 30-minute introduction. No portal account, payment or commitment to buy.
See Tellie in context. Discuss your residents, facilities, team workflow and goals, so the conversation is relevant to your home.
Review the recommended scope, tailored pricing, setup and support inclusions, responsibilities and proposed timeline before deciding.
Once agreed, plan the rollout with your team. We guide organisation and facility setup, permissions, resident onboarding and staff preparation.
Check readiness together, then introduce Tellie to the agreed resident cohort. Support your team through the first days of use.
Review adoption, feedback and the goals you agreed. Refine the experience and decide together when to include more residents or facilities.
Your organisation’s portal access is arranged during agreed onboarding—not when you book a demo. Any pilot, rollout timing or additional services are scoped in your proposal.

Values
Warmth, clarity, independence and respect guide every company and product decision.
Commitment
Build responsibly, protect privacy and turn technology into opportunities for stronger human connection.
For your team
Privacy, dignity and control over what is shared are central to Tellie’s design.
Your loved one’s conversations are not shared as recordings or full transcripts with family members or care teams. Tellie uses automated processing to identify relevant information your loved one has shared that could help others offer support.
For example, your loved one might explicitly mention sleeping poorly, having a sore back or feeling worried about downsizing. A relevant insight can help you understand what is happening and offer a thoughtful call, visit or support. These are shared observations—not diagnoses.
With the appropriate consent and permissions, relevant insights are shared with authorised family members or care teams—not the full conversation—so they can be there when your loved one needs them most. Access follows each person’s role and current permissions.
That is the focus of the demo. We’ll discuss your resident cohort, accessibility needs and staff workflow so you can assess fit before making a commitment.
No. Choose a time on our booking page. We discuss your needs and show the relevant experience first. If there’s a fit, we prepare a tailored proposal for your review. Portal access and onboarding follow only once the scope, costs and next steps are agreed.
Pricing is tailored to resident numbers, usage and Family Connect requirements. Your proposal will explain scope, inclusions and costs before you commit. The private family subscriptions are a separate route.
We plan the rollout with your team, including setup, permissions, resident onboarding, staff preparation and readiness checks. The proposal sets out the support, responsibilities and timeline. After go-live, we review adoption and feedback before agreeing any wider rollout.
Relevant, permissioned insights and summaries—not private conversation transcripts. Access, consent and reporting boundaries are agreed during onboarding. Information is dated and supports, rather than replaces, professional judgement.
We can discuss Family Connect requirements and the appropriate invitation and access arrangements during your demo. Family access and care-team access have separate permissions.
No. Tellie supports everyday companionship and connection. It does not diagnose, treat or replace clinical care, staff judgement or emergency services. Notifications are not a guarantee of a human response.
Your residents. Your team. Your questions.
